We accept returns on unopened products only within 30 days of purchase. This policy ensures the health and safety of all our customers—because once a bottle is opened, we can't guarantee its integrity for resale.

- Products purchased within the last 30 days
- Items purchased directly from TropicalOasis.com
- Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Items purchased from third-party retailers (Amazon, Target, etc.)—please refer to their return policies

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for sending your item back.
Once we receive your unopened return, we'll process:

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
